Engagement Briefing for Institutional Mandate Holders
I. Pre-Engagement & Vetting
Why is a security clearance mandatory? +
To maintain the integrity of our regional intelligence network and comply with international anti-corruption standards, KIS Projects performs a rigorous vetting of all potential clients. We only engage with partners whose institutional goals align with regional stability.
Does KIS Projects accept every mandate? +
No. We selectively accept mandates based on regional relevance, project feasibility, and ethical alignment. Our capacity is focused on high-stakes institutional projects in the CLM corridor.
II. Mandate Architecture
Intelligence vs. Implementation (EIM) +
Strategic Intelligence (The Diamond Mandate) provides the mapping and risk analysis. Active Implementation (EIM) is an additional tactical layer for chokepoint resolution and direct field intervention, involving success-based fees and separate operational retainers.
Calculation of Success Fees +
Success fees for EIM mandates range between 1.5% and 5.0% of the total project or asset value being de-risked. These fees are strictly performance-based and tied to pre-defined operational milestones (Side-Letter protocol).
III. Deployment & Security
The first 72 hours post-purchase +
Upon mandate activation, a secure communication terminal is established (AES-256). You will receive an initial "Vector Zero" briefing and be assigned a dedicated senior analyst for 24/7 direct access.
