Only those who own something have to fear losing it. Body and life are one thing, values and ability are another. But what do we really have to fear? We cannot and do not want to go into detail here and will limit ourselves to what we can do something about. There will be riots, hunger, violence and crime. Life as we are used to will no longer be possible in many places. We will have to face extreme weather that will make it difficult for us to continue with our usual architecture. New construction methods, new architecture and above all safety and protection will influence life and living spaces. Cities will increasingly become slums, and elite population groups will be forced to withdraw more and more and isolate themselves. The tip of the iceberg shows that this development has long since begun, as shown by the efforts of many VIPs to build underground bunkers for a possible “apocalypse” of whatever kind. Secured residential parks and apartment buildings have long been commonplace and will expand rapidly in the next few years
