Investing in Southeast Asia
In this category we present some of our projects that we think are very interesting.
Basically, however, there are so many reasons to invest in Southeast Asia now that I’ve written an entire book about it. It would simply go beyond the scope of this website to explain the most important ones.
Let me put it in a nutshell.
China has projected Southeast Asia as the second Chinese domestic market. The project is called “the new Silkroad Project”. Here, Cambodia stands out insofar as it is practically an absolutely blank sheet of paper. Practically no industry, practically no own products “Made in Cambodia”. Cambodia is a pure import country. Besides the basic foodstuffs, foodstuffs are also imported to a large extent from neighboring countries. The country is rich in natural resources and cheap land. The labor costs are extremely low and the political situation is far more stable than in Thailand, Laos or Myanmar. All transactions are also possible in US dollars, which is the official second currency here. Any currency risks do not arise either. Cambodia has third world status and therefore special advantages in world trade. All the important goods that are needed for the setup for industry and other projects are difficult to procure in the country, but can be obtained from China without any restrictions.
China is currently pumping billions of US dollars into the country and building strategic infrastructure and, like Tibet before, is starting to build entire Chinese cities on site.
I say it quite frankly, if you don’t want to invest NOW in Southeast Asia and especially in Cambodia, it’s your own fault.

We are planning to bring a new variety of tea drinks to the Asian market.
We already started with the Brand ALIEN JUICE (E-SHOT and ISO-FLASH).
Tea drinks are also a big topic here, with sales running in the billions of dollars.
We see that what is on offer on the market is now neglecting the spirit of time. Other solutions are required.
It will be a project we run ourselves. Investors are of course always welcome.

The $ 1,500 prefabricated house project
Also one of the projects under our own direction.
The idea is to create extremely cost-effective prefabricated houses in modular construction that can be assembled on site from a few hours to a maximum of one day.
We see aid organizations, the military, the tourism industry as well as large construction companies and tour operators as markets. But also most certainly the private market, since the estimated purchase price for the basic versions, with cooking area and bathroom, corresponds roughly to the price of traditional huts, which ranges between 1000 and 2000 dollars.
The concept stands and waits only for the potent investor with the appropriate foresight.

We are living in a historical turning point.
There will be a “green revolution” whether the individual likes it or not. In the west as well as in the east, one sets out to break new ground. Renewable energies, environmental protection and recycling are the topics of the future. We should therefore position ourselves in good time and not lose touch. From deepest Africa through India and Pakistan to the first world, people from all over the world are dealing with this new challenge. Innovative ideas come from everywhere. To love humanity and the environment, we should also make our own contribution and invest in this new world. The ideas are there, as is the know-how. What is missing are sufficient investors with the necessary foresight.
