We are a consulting and project management company in Southeast Asia.
Let me be very clear about one thing.
Operating in Southeast Asia has nothing to do with flying around the world and playing Paris, New York, Bangkok, Beijing.
This is the 3rd world here and is usually governed by strictly governments with special rules you have to follow, with absolute power. Rights, as you may know them in America or Europe, you do not have here.
This is not a business for ties and bespoke suits. Here we drive a jeep and not a Mercedes Benz. There are no 10-lane motorways here, there are slopes here. There is dust, mud, jungle and special traditions of business here.
Anyone who wants to work here should know their way around and be able to cope with even the most adverse circumstances.
There are millions of examples of Westerners trying to gain a foothold here and failing miserably.
Please understand me correctly. We too, have often lost feathers in the past, but we not only have survived, we have established ourselves here.
We have the know-how and we have the network to be successful here.

Competence, and the ways and means to make your project a success
We founded our company in Thailand in 2015 as our contribution to a better future for the youth of the country.
With various projects that are based on the skills and educational standards of the people living here, we wanted to make our specialist knowledge and experience available to students and young people who otherwise would start their lives without any specialist training.
We had made it our task to create new paths and new perspectives that should give the young people here the opportunity to become self-employed or to get a well-paid job.
Our focus was on business management practice and craft skills in new industries that have not yet been developed here on site.
Through our activities, we have been able to explore the local markets and their strengths and weaknesses and have identified many niches that need to be served.
So we expanded our field of activity over time and created some own investment projects as well as implemented projects for local entrepreneurs.
In 2019, even before Corona, we opened our representative office in Cambodia. Before that, we had toured the country several times and studied the local markets. Cambodia is the focus of the Chinese project “New Silk Road” and the fact that there are practically no established production capacities here, like the Wild West of North America 150-100 years ago. An Eldorado for investors and entrepreneurs, every branch. So far, only Chinese strategists and investors seem to have realized it. Because the West is only represented here in the form of EGOs and other aid organizations. As a market with endless opportunities, Cambodia has apparently not yet been recognized.
We started several projects here, most of which are of course affected by Corona and the global economic crisis.
Nonetheless, we see Cambodia as one of the most interesting locations in the world and have decided to participate in the upcoming boom.

We have been working for decades as a team that optimally complements each other through various skills and areas of responsibility. As a strategist, Ralf Kuehn is responsible for creativity, planning and implementation, and Thomas Heiß, as a specialist in civil engineering and road construction, is responsible for technical control and monitoring.
We are supported by a team of permanent employees as well as industry specialists and freelancers.
The core of our activities is the realization of ideas and projects even under the most adverse circumstances. We see ourselves as planners and implementers of turnkey solutions.
