My entrepreneurial career began as an interior fitting subcontractor in the Rudolf Virchow Hospital in Berlin. When I was in my early twenties I opened my first company and gained many years of experience, successes and failures in the construction industry.
Decades later, I was the owner of several construction companies as well as managing partner of other companies.
During this time, I and my up to 500 workers on almost every major construction site in Berlin have made our contribution.

During this time I realized that my most outstanding skills are organizing and projecting. When I finally had enough of the lack of payment ethics in the construction industry, especially that of the state and large international corporations, I decided to break new ground.
So I founded KIS-Germany in 2004, and shifted my activities to the areas of Asia (China) and international business initiation and trade in goods.
During this time I was able to turn many interesting ideas into reality and work on really impressive projects.
One of the projects that really challenged and inspired me was the Tourist Resort Project at Tallil Area, Sabrata / Libya, with a budget of 1 billion US dollars, in which we were entrusted with the first overall project planning
In the Asian business, I specialized in events, culture, art, history, antiques and various exhibitions on these topics.
For this reason, I spent a large part of the year in the People’s Republic of China as well as in Hong Kong.
I operated under the following companies:

– CRC project management (exhibitions, events, consultations)
– WOA – Way of Asia Germany (art, antiques, exclusive furniture from the Ming Dynasty)
During this time I was a member of the German-Chinese Cultural Association, Managing Director of the Paida-Lajin – Traditional Chinese Medicine Association. And as part of my work as a coach, I trained manager from global players like BOSCH, in the strategic teachings of phylosopes such as Sun Tze, Confucius, simplification and stress management.
Chin Chi Huang Di Bymajong
One of the most beautiful projects that we were allowed to carry out for customers was the planning and realization of an exhibition on the legendary terracotta army of Xian of the first Chinese emperor Chin Chi Huang Di, for Europe.
We provided the historical background and the exhibits as a complete traveling exhibition
